Not only was Jackson feeling sick, but by the end of the night he had decided he needed to expel some of the food from his body and some of it needed to be on me. It's been a while since that's happened (during this process we established that he's never done so on Joe, the joy's of being a mommy...hehe). So, he was up a little later than normal and he's running a fever, but not high enough to see the dr unless it continues for a few days. I knew this all, but Joe needed to hear it from the dr at 9:30 at night, so he made the call. Jackson was oddly bummed out that he wasn't going to see the dr and might not during this sickness. Go figure! It was cute that the dr wished Jackson happy birthday while on the phone (since they ask the age and all during the call).

Now he's on Children's Motrin and playing with his Cars cars and seemingly not sick. This is after an hour of eating breakfast and taking his sweet time. And, being needy. We go from needing mommy like he's on his death bed to playing like a champ. He's even asked that we have pizza for dinner tonight and if I think he feels up to it we probably will because Joe actually will be home for dinner with rarely happens around here anymore. Plus, it's Tuesday and that means that Mama Lucia's has the buy one pizza, get a second for $1.99 deal going on (on take-out only). It's always a good deal and than they all get to have it for lunch tomorrow too, with Joe being home that saves me money since he tends to want to eat out a lot. (Which, he was running late this morning and had to be at work before 7 am so neither of us made his lunch and that means he'll be eating out, we'll see what he says he got...trying not to be preachy or judgmental with him about his choices, but he's still working that out for himself.)

Okay, hopefully my mom will be up soon so I can work out and earn some points to be able to eat said pizza tonight. We're actually going to get one of them w/veggies and 1/2 the normal amount of cheese to see how that goes, of course we'll get a regular cheese too...cause that's me favorite! LOL! I'm such a pizza snob, so glad this place is close by cause it's currently the ONLY place I'll get pizza from.

Later people, it's going to be another hot one out there again. Probably over 100 where I am and the plan is to be inside a lot!
