Quick update...

Today I've had both ends of the spectrum from my boss. Earlier I was yelled at for not listening and answering before I knew the question. Funny part is, I asked those around me and my boss wasn't forming her thoughts into a question...she was making it sound more like a statement.

Just a few minutes ago I received the opposite, I was complimented on an e-mail I formulated that was going to our director. It was very simple (I actually thought too simple) and didn't mean much to me at all. I cc'ed my boss and received an e-mail in return saying "Nice Job!" I think that's the nicest thing she's said to me in a long time.
